FREE CLASS | Summer Outdoor Series

Hi guys!! If you haven't already heard, Lauren Mayhew and I will be leading some *FREE* Saturday classes this summer! These will be held every 3rd Saturday from June to September at 9am in Somerville. (Weather permitting, of course! No one wants to stretch in the rain.) The Growing Center is an amazing neighborhood outdoor space, helping to promote environmental education and community gatherings... from concerts and festivals, to hands-on gardening events and wellness opportunities like our class! It's also right at the edge of Union Square, perfect for following up with a nice brunch with friends/family at Juliet or a simple (amazing) coffee + donut from Union Square Donuts!
