SESSION CLASSES are a great way to deepen your experience of the ESSENTRICS® program. We move the muscles in every direction they were designed-- which means there may be patterns of movement that feel awkward at first, especially if you haven't done them since childhood! It typically takes a few classes to feel comfortable with the movements, and by doing the same routine for the full session, you will gradually begin to work deeper into the exercises, allowing you to get the most out of your workout!

Structure of an ESSENTRICS
® class (55 min.):

  • Warm up

  • Essentrics trademark full body standing exercises

  • Essentrics floor work and/or barre work for body toning and flexibility
